Your health matters. And so does the taste of your food.

But sourcing fresh vegetables for a healthy diet can be hard.

Harmful chemicals, travel time, and news of recalls leave you wondering if those supermarket veggies can even contribute to your health.

Our family started eating almost entirely our own vegetables (and lots of them!) over ten years ago when we first started gardening.

It’s been one of the keys to maintaining our health in the face of chronic disease.

But we couldn’t have done it without the right recipes.

Recipes that focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients from your garden or local farmer.

Healthy Soil, Healthy Plants, Healthy People

We're here to help you eat better

We’re passionate about healing people through healing the soil.

Most vegetables travel thousands of miles before they reach your dinner plate, and are laden with pesticides and harmful chemicals.

Because they harm the soil life and your health, we never use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers on our farm.

Because we depend on soil to survive, we use regenerative farming practices that leave the soil better after farming than before, unlike most farming today.

The result is the most tasty, nutrient-dense vegetables possible for your kitchen!
