Trifoliate Orange Plant, Hardy Orange, Flying Dragon, Bare Root Seedling

Approximately 10"-15" tall, shipped Nov/Dec or Mar/Apr/May.

Here's a citrus fruit that will grow in zone 6!

This incredibly thorny tree has been used as rootstock for other citrus, but it bears its own very seedy, sour fruits as well. Let the fruits ripen indoors for several weeks before juicing them like lemons to make a sugar syrup to add to anything needing a bit of sour wild slightly bitter flavor.

It might be a bit of work, but it's also very cool!

Six foot tall, ornamental, thorny, and contorted.

Thrives in zones 6-9.
