Yarrow

Yarrow is a potent herb. 

It's been traditionally used as an antiviral, so it's one of the first things we put in our "flu tea." It's also used as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, and a digestive tonic. 

Yarrow salve is great for cuts and dry powdered leaves are used to stop bleeding.

In addition, it's wonderful pollinator habitat with its abundant, long-lasting flowers and intricate ferny leaves.

And it's a beautiful cut flower to boot!
